This Colombian washed coffee is the perfect introduction to single origins, its balanced acidity and high sweetness a perfect fit for both espresso and filter drinks.

For espresso, use a standard 1:2 ratio – we recommend 17 grams in and 35 grams out – to fully develop and extract the complex notes of this high altitude coffee.
